2. Paid Images – License for Personal Use
When you purchase or license digital images from Michael Sanchez Photography, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
High-resolution images may be used for printing, keepsakes, and personal archiving.
All images (web-sized and high-resolution) may be shared on personal social media accounts, provided they are not used in paid advertisements, contests, or commercial promotions.
This license is intended for personal enjoyment and sharing. Purchasers may display, share, or print licensed images for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as keepsakes, gifts, or posting on social media.
Use of these images for advertising, sponsorships, contests, or resale is not permitted without written authorization. Redistribution, resale, or use of these images by any third party is prohibited without written consent.
Restrictions
This license does not permit:
Commercial use (e.g., advertising, merchandise, resale)
Editorial use (e.g., publication in print or online media, unless otherwise agreed)
Promotion of a business, product, or service using the image (without a separate agreement)
Material alteration of the image (e.g., heavy editing, watermark removal, composites) unless expressly authorized
Copyright and Extended Use
The photographer retains all copyright and may display images in portfolio, website, or promotional materials, unless a separate rights-released agreement is signed.
To use any image beyond personal use (commercial, editorial, or merchandise), please contact Michael Sanchez Photography to obtain a separate license and applicable fee.
3. Free Images – License for Personal Use
By downloading a free image from this gallery, you agree to the following terms:
Personal Use Only: Free images are provided for non-commercial personal use, such as sharing on social media or saving as digital keepsakes.
No Printing: Free images are not licensed for printing in any format.
No Commercial Use: Free images may not be used for any commercial, promotional, or editorial purposes.
Do Not Alter: Free images may not be heavily edited, filtered, cropped, or modified in any way that changes their original appearance. Removing or covering watermarks is strictly prohibited.
